What is your return policy for hair and skincare products?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are your hair care products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes! Most of our professional-grade shampoos and conditioners are sulfate-free and specifically formulated to be safe for color-treated and chemically processed hair.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Get Sassy Beauty Supply ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
